Willow Tit
This bird, the first record for the Warren, was discovered
near the First Pond by John Fortey on 21st March 2005.
The bird was seen mainly between here and the crocus compound and remained in
the area for two days. During its stay it
remained on its own, often foraging low down in the willow scrub, and not
associating with other tits.
